John McGibbon, a Santa Barbara resident since 1965, has developed a reputation as a competent, reliable, and thorough professional. John is Past President of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and is a Certified CREIA Inspector. He is also certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as a Combination Residential Inspector. This classification is a combination of four individual certifications in Building inspection, Electrical inspection, Mechanical inspection, and Plumbing inspection.
